It’s Simple; Start today by selecting your preferred protein, one, two or all three! Your purchase secures you to buying a share of the animal in bulk, while we hold it for you and alleviate the need for a substantial upfront investment . Ensuring you save money, while providing your family with natural, safe proteins. Our monthly delivery takes place in the first week of each month.

    Commit to a side of steer. We’ll deliver it to you once a month, for 6 months. Billing you the first week of each month, you’ll receive about 35-40 pounds of beef for the month. You must complete the 6 month purchase, as you’re buying a share of the animal. Purchasing by way of CSA will save you about $1000 when compared to buying by the cut!

  • Lamb

    Lambs available for CSA by purchase of the entire lamb, and we’ll deliver it to you over 3 months. Each Delivery, you’ll receive about 10-15 Pounds of your lamb, totaling an average of 40 Pounds. Billing you the first week of each month. You must complete the 3 month purchase, as you’re buying the complete animal.

    Loin Chops, Rib Chops, Leg of Lamb, Lamb Shanks, Ground Lamb, Lamb Cubes, and many more!

  • Poultry

    Our Poultry CSA offers a unique commitment of 3 months, providing farm-raised chicken and 3 dozen eggs monthly, conveniently delivered to your doorstep. Your monthly chicken share includes 5 chickens, available in whole, halves, or a variety of cuts, with the option to customize your preferred cuts. Our heritage breed red hens lay the freshest eggs daily, ensuring a month of freshness for your deliveries. Please note, this CSA requires a 3-month commitment, and shares are limited

FAQs

when will my first csa delivery arrive?

Your initial deposit confirms your CSA purchase and secures your animal. The first delivery will arrive the first week of the following month, usually on a Monday. You’ll receive communication letting you know when it’s arriving!

how much meat will i RECEIVE?

When purchasing a CSA, you are purchasing a share of an animal. Each animal will “Dress out” differently. However, our halves of beef average 350 pounds hanging weight, and you’ll receive about 170-180 pounds of meat from that. The remainder of that weight is in bones and trimmed fat. Lambs will hang around 50-55 pounds.

can we choose our cuts?

We do take your preferred cuts, but do not make promises as to what exactly you will receive. If you are very selective about what cuts you would like, we can cater to that with a single half or whole beef purchase. We can do the same with Chickens in the Summer when they’re being raised.

what happens if i opt out?

Because you are purchasing a share of the animal; we can not sell this product to anyone else. You must complete your Share Obligations.

how do you feed your animals?

Fortunate to grow up on a regenerative family farm, we have taken our moral values with us and executed them in animal production. Raising animals ethically and feeding animals naturally are our biggest priority. Our animals are on pasture every day, allowing them eat what they want, when they want. We feed them all natural, non-gmo grain that helps them maintain a balanced diet for their health, as well as ours. Allowing them to live a life with nature.

can i purchase an entire share, upfront?

Not interested in a CSA? No Problem! We always have animals ready for harvest, and we can certainly sell you a half or whole beef, entire lamb, or bulk chickens. You can also be more selective with your cuts with a single purchase. Please just send us an email, and we’ll set it up.

Where is your farm?

Nestled just north of Lewisburg, our farm is able to provide to much of Central PA. If you’re more than 1 hour away, please contact us to confirm we can service you!

do you give your animals antibiotics or growth hormones?

Growth Hormones - Never. However, just as people, animals do get sick, and a simple antibiotic treatment can often fix them right up! Keeping the rest of the herd healthy, and the animal alive and thriving. We never use antibiotics as a preventative.
